Four reads on every prop, blended into one number.

The Grays Algorithm starts from the market line, then adjusts it for who is actually playing, how they are playing now, and who they are playing against. You see the projection, the confidence and the last 15 games behind every pick.

Bayesian

The market line is the starting point. BIFF blends it with each player's real box-score production instead of throwing it away.

Injury

Rosters and injury reports are checked daily, so a player who is out never shows up as a pick and teammates get the usage bump.

Flow

Recent form carries the most weight: the last five games count most, the ten before that still count.

Friction

Matchups matter. Opponent defense, the season series and playoff rotations all move the number.

Every pick BIFF serves is written to its server before the game starts and graded automatically from the official box score. Pushes don't count toward the win rate; voided props (a player who doesn't play) are listed but not counted.

How grading works. Each pick is written to the server before the game, then graded automatically from the official box score. If a player leaves early with an injury, the pick is marked with an asterisk and still counted. Past results do not guarantee future results.
